Day 01

Day 02

Start your day by touring Negombo, which is known as ‘Little Rome’ in Sri Lanka because of its many churches. After you arrive in Anuradhapura, take a bicycle ride through Sri Lanka's oldest city. See the revered Bo tree which is the oldest in the country and the amazing ‘Jetavanarama, Stupa, which is a historical temple.

Day 03

When you first wake up in Anuradhapura, take in the view of the lake. Ride a bicycle through the historic ruins of Polonnaruwa; a city that perfectly captures the island's regal past. Continue on to Dambulla and visit the Gold Cave temples which have UNESCO-designated walls that are 2000 years old.

Day 04

Take a hike in the early morning to Sigiriya Rock; one of Sri Lanka's most well-liked tourist attractions. The staircase to the summit which formerly housed the monarch's palace is guarded by the renowned massive lion paws. After that head east to investigate the ruins of the former Polonnaruwa kingdom. After checking into your Kandy lodging take a city tour that includes a stop at the Temple of the Tooth Relic.

Day 05

Discover the “Udarata” tradition that abounds in Kandy. After that take in stunning views of local wildlife and a diverse range of flora while hiking through tea plantations and forests in the Knuckles Range. Another choice is to take a detour and go to a waterfall.

Day 06

While travelling to Nuwara Eliya, which is 1800 meters above sea level in Sri Lanka's hill country, you can enjoy the breath-taking views of countless lush tea fields. Stop by a tea factory and take in the breathtaking Ramboda Falls as you go. Traditional tea pluckers dressed in colourful sarees can be seen along the hills, plucking fresh tea leaves. Variety of tea is available at the manufacturing outlet. Later in the evening enjoy a city tour while the weather is still cold.

Day 07

Take in the gorgeous view of the misty clouds as you awaken in this city. Go to Hortain Plains and hike up World’s End, which is one of the island's most breathtaking hikes.

Day 08

You can take a beautiful train excursion from Nuwara Eliya to Ella on this particular day. The Ravana waterfalls are just one of the beautiful sights you will see; always be ready with your camera to take beautiful pictures on the way. Proceed to Udawalawe later in the afternoon and feel free to spend the night there.

Day 09

In Udawalawe National Park, experience the thrill of an evening jeep safari. Elephants, crocodiles, sambar deer, leopards, wild boars and a diverse range of native and migratory birds can all be found in this area. Following that, head to Sinharaja to spend a restful night.

Day 10

With the help of a naturalist, tour the Sinharaja Rain Forest after breakfast. You can select the waterfall trail which takes two hours or the three-hour trek. This hike will give you the chance to see wildlife in addition to endemic bird species.

Day 11

Discover the colonial grandeur of the magnificent Dutch Fort of Galle; considered as Asia's best-preserved colonial sea fort, by taking a stroll along the cobblestone lanes this morning. Inside the Fort, you can also see the oldest breadfruit tree on the island.

Day 12 & 13

Later, leave for a fun beach holiday in this coastal city. Relax, unwind, and tan while spending your leisure time in the Indian Ocean.

Day 14

The final day of your trip will mark the conclusion of your exploration of Sri Lanka's natural treasures and cultural legacy as you head to the airport to leave.
